In case of multi-company configuration it will be possible to define central “master” level functions to be distributed at lower levels, by managing decision making levels, based on inter-company hierarchy, allowing the managed processes distribution.
The process designer allows to simply draw processes both at operating and descriptive level, scheduling and managing versions to facilitate maintenance.
Function charts allow to design and manage the company organization showing both the general organization chart and the detailed function chart managing the versioning.
The form generator allows linking each process step to a form in order to input specific data to be stored on a structured data base.
