The company effectiveness is strictly linked to processes organization and control, facilitating procedural steps and consequently increasing company reactivity.
Golden Ring has been thought to reach this goal: it is an extremely flexible and powerful company processes mapping and managing system allowing company to map and manage their own organizing structure and related processes.
Golden Ring can operate independently or integrated with the company management system, allowing driving current applications through workflow logic, modifying them in order to meet the organization needs and their evolution (regardless to the company area).

Functionality
Golden Ring architectural features have been thought to be so flexible to satisfy the different company areas managing their specific requirements:
- Companies and/or groups (multi-company support)
- Processes and organization evolution management (versioning support)
- Multilingual.
In case of multi-company configuration it will be possible to define central “master” level functions to be distributed at lower levels, by managing decision making levels, based on inter-company hierarchy, allowing the managed processes distribution.
The process designer allows to simply draw processes both at operating and descriptive level, scheduling and managing versions to facilitate maintenance.
Function charts allow to design and manage the company organization showing both the general organization chart and the detailed function chart managing the versioning.
The form generator allows linking each process step to a form in order to input specific data to be stored on a structured data base.
