Human resources optimization and their skills and characteristics proper management is a definitely winning factor for each company, regardless from its merchant area.
It is therefore essential to control laws and contract norms, to draw company administrative and operational processes, to manage people training, to gather and share information with all involved subjects: staff, remote employees or consultants.

The solution

The solution is the result of a strategic partnership between two leader companies: Tesi (services and HR IT solutions supplier) and Consult Data (a work consulting company and HR experts, specialized in HR management).
Our competence centre supports customers with all HR management aspects and our services and solutions assist and collaborate with the customers existing ones.
In detail the main supported subjects are:

  • Work consulting (norms, training, organization,…)
  • IT solutions (payroll, attendance timesheet system, employee master file management, contracts, refunds, …) offered as a service (HR Portal) or licence (GR Employee)
  • Functional, application-oriented and technical support (24×7 multi-language Help-Desk)

Our system supports all those important requirements not included in the company payroll and attendance current systems which cause a “grey area” of organizational and functional ineffectiveness. The goal is therefore the data centralization of the master files management on a web portal (integrated with payroll and attendance systems) allowing a quick and easy access to all subjects involved in the process: HR department, administration, payroll consultant, work consultant, Employment Centre, …
