Demand Planning Integrated Solution
The nowadays globalized and competitive market pushes companies to constantly increase their client service level reducing costs as well.
It is therefore required to plan production, deliveries and provisioning by means of adequate software tools and the relevant database.
neXt-Forecast goal is the balancing among customer request and company production planning and provisioning.
The Demand Planning is the first part of the Supply Chain Management process.
neXt-Forecast is therefore the integration module among some company functions in order to simplify the relation among Production, Logistics, and Sales, taking always into consideration the solution scalability in terms of company dimensions and number of item to be planned, assuring very short project start-up time and immediate complete operations.
next-Forecast main goals are the following:

By means of simulations routines, neXt-Forecast allows verifying the Production Plan feasibility which could become operating through a simple function.
It is based on an algorithm using multiple computing models, including exponential smoothing.
Integration with company ERP and the other Tesi Group software modules (Net Integration and Net Mover) allows optimizing company Supply Chain organization assuring a very short investment return time.
System information are always on-line, in quantity or value, printable and can be exported to personal productivity tools (Excel, Access,…). In order to simplify information access, system supplies also some specific graphics.
next-Forecast solution is functionally complete, flexible and rapid to implement (users training typically lasts very few days), together with a very high cost-benefits ratio.
It can be easily integrated with other company projects or tools and the ROI project allows a cost return as soon as the start-up phase is completed.
