DYNAMIC PDF FORM Through the use of Adobe technology is now possible to enable the salesman to work off-line during customer orders collection, simply through the use of Adobe Reader. Each user has a dynamically generated server-side PDF form, distributed via e-mail, containing information relating only to shop and customers enabled. These documents, once completed, will be retransmitted to Net Seller as an e-mail. The system is able to capture orders electronically and automatically and organize them on its database for subsequent back-end.

The system for the multi-channel customer order acquisition

Net Seller, part of the Tesi Business Control Tower allows to extend the ERP in the order acquisition process from customers and sales force, through computer, tablet and mobile (iPad, Tablet Android, PDA Windows), in order to optimize and share documents and information of the sale cycle in a structured way; also allows companies to get a proper infrastructure, suitable for B2B e-Commerce sales extension.

Net Seller, integrated with internal information systems, speeds and simplifies the order process,  allowing the company to:

  • publish goods availability (in line with the night before or in real time) and material in exhaustion
